At first Alice was tremendously agitated at what had happened. She was crushed at having been torn away from her family and loved ones. But slowly she came to realise that she had died and that she was called to a new beginning. Alice is in heaven. Alice is still with us - she watches over us. She hasn't gone but she'll never be back.
